Check the Cure app settings on your phone:

Open 'Settings' on your phone

Go to 'Notifications' and tap it

Scroll down and find the 'Cure app'

Make sure 'Allow Notifications' is turned on

Open the Cure app

Tap the gear icon in the top right to open 'Settings'

Make sure 'Notifications' is turned on

Select which types of waste notifications you want to receive

Choose a time slot to receive these notifications—a handy reminder so you don’t miss your collection day!

Sometimes the steps above may not resolve the issue. Here are a few other options you can try:

Make sure your phone is updated

Update the Cure app

Delete the Cure app and download it again from the App Store
