Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Do you have a question, comment or complaint? Have a look at our frequently asked questions. You may find the answer there.

If you can't find the answer to your questions in the FAQ tab, you can contact us! We're available Monday through Friday 8:30-17:00 on Facebook, Instagram or by telephone: 040 2500 130. 

Due to busy times, our average reply time is 5 working days. In the meantime we kindly request you do not re-send the same request. This way, we can answer your question quickly and with priority.

Container broken, lost or not emptied? Notify us!

Is your container broken or lost? Report this easily by using the forms in the menu. You can also e-mail or call us. If your container hasn't been emptied, contact Cure within 2 working days.

 

Requesting a new card

You can use our web forms to request a new municipality pass or environmental pass.

Broken or full container? Report it!

Is there waste placed next to your (underground) containers? Are they full or faulty? Report it easily using an app. In Eindhoven, you can use the BuitenBeterApp. In Valkenswaard, you can use the Mijn Gemeente App (Apple and Android). Of course, you can also e-mail or call us.

Note the container number

When reporting in the app or by e-mail, please let us know the four-digit number on the container (white stickers with black numbers). This lets us know which container it's concerning. We'll try to clear the disruption as soon as possible and/or to empty the container.

You can dispose of your waste in one of the containers nearby. Your pass will work on other containers.
